Q. I ordered a product but it hasn't arrived yet.

A. Our shop orders the items you order from an overseas warehouse and ships them to you, so it generally takes about 7 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment.

Depending on the shipping situation, it may take some time for your order to be shipped. If you have not received your order within one month of placing your order, please contact us via the inquiry form . A shop staff member will assist you.
