Notes for Our Shop

We have a warehouse overseas, and orders are placed and shipped as soon as they are received.
Our stock is highly fluid, so there may be cases where items are out of stock after an order is placed. We ask for your understanding in advance.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or there is a shipping defect, we will contact you via chat.


① Regarding the Period from Order to Delivery

Standard items → Shipped within 5-15 business days from order
Immediate shipping items → Shipped within 1-3 business days from order

*Examples of how business days are counted are as follows:
(e.g., Monday-Wednesday = 3 business days, Sunday-Tuesday = 2 business days)

*As of May 2026, the average shipping time is approximately 8 business days.

*All items will be shipped once they are all available. Please note that if you purchase immediate shipping items and standard items at the same time, the immediate shipping (same-day shipping) option will not apply.

If your order is not shipped by the estimated shipping date, please contact us via chat.

*We do not process orders or shipments on weekends.
*Shipping may be delayed due to warehouse congestion, delivery company issues, etc.
*Orders are usually shipped within 5-15 business days, but shipping may be delayed by a few days depending on stock availability. We ask for your understanding in advance.

② About Products

・When wearing, please check the attention tag and washing label.
・There may be slight individual differences in size and color.
・There may be slight color variations and size fluctuations depending on the production period.
・Colors may vary slightly depending on the shooting location and your monitor environment.

③ About Delivery

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are a flat rate of 600 yen nationwide.
If your product purchase is 12,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free nationwide.

We will notify you of shipping via email with a tracking number.
Tracking will be available after customs clearance, so you can track your package on average 4-7 days from the shipping date.

(*There are no additional charges for Hokkaido, Okinawa, or other remote islands.)
(*Please note that you cannot choose the shipping company.)

④ Regarding Long-term Absence / Incorrect Address

If you are not home, please request redelivery yourself.

Please note that items that have passed 7 days from the initial delivery will automatically be returned to the warehouse.
For redelivery due to long-term absence, a round-trip shipping fee of 2,000 yen will be charged.

*If there is an error in the delivery address, the item will be returned due to an unknown address.
*Items past their retention period will be disposed of. In such cases, we cannot accept re-shipments, refunds, or any other actions.

⑤ If You Do Not Receive an Order Confirmation Email

There may be an error in the email address registered during your order, or the email may have gone into your spam folder. Please check again.


⑥ About Exchanges and Returns

We do not accept returns or size exchanges due to customer convenience.
If you receive a defective product, we may replace it with the same item. (It may take some time to arrange for a replacement item.)

Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted if you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund using the payment method you used.

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will respond immediately.

If there is a defect with the product, please contact us via inquiry chat within 3 days of receiving the product, stating the product's condition.


Please provide the following information:

・Your name as the purchaser
・Your registered email address
・Your order number starting with #
・Reason for return/exchange (If it is a defective product, please attach photos.)

⑦ Refunds Due to Shop Circumstances

If we are unable to secure the ordered product or if a refund is issued to the customer due to a return of a defective product, we will refund you using the payment method you used.

*In cases where refunds cannot be processed via convenience store payment or due to other payment company errors, refunds may be made via bank transfer.
