① Regarding the period from order to delivery

Regular products: After completing payment Ships in 5-15 business days
Ready-to-ship items: Shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is completed

*Examples of business days converted are as follows:
(e.g. Monday-Wednesday = 3 business days, Sunday-Tuesday = 2 business days)

*As of August 2024, shipping takes an average of 8 business days.

*We will ship as soon as all items are available. If you purchase same-day delivery items and regular delivery items at the same time, Please note that this item is not eligible for same-day delivery .

If your order has not been shipped by the scheduled shipping date, please contact us using the inquiry form .

◇ Order process Order → Confirm payment → Place order → Ship overseas → Ship domestically → Delivery

*We do not accept orders or ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Shipping delays may occur due to a busy warehouse or delivery delays caused by the delivery company.
* Normally, items will be shipped within 5-15 business days after payment, but shipping may be delayed by a few days depending on stock availability. Thank you for your understanding.

-When wearing, please check the attention tag and washing instructions before use.
-There may be slight individual differences in size and color.
-There may be slight variations in color and size depending on the production period.
-The color may vary slightly depending on the shooting location and your monitor environment.

Shipping fee <br>Shipping fee is 600 yen nationwide.
If you purchase products with a price of 12,000 yen or more (tax included), shipping is free nationwide.
In the event of redelivery due to an extended absence, a round-trip shipping fee of 2,000 yen will be charged.

(※ No additional charges will be incurred for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some other remote islands.)
(※Please note that you cannot choose the delivery company.)

④ Regarding long-term absence and incomplete address

If you are not at home, Yamato Transport will notify you of your absence.
Please request redelivery yourself.

Any items that are shipped more than 7 days ago will be automatically returned to the warehouse.
*If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned due to an unknown address.
*Products that have expired will be discarded. If the product is discarded, we will not be able to reship it or provide a refund under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns or size exchanges due to customer convenience.
If you receive a defective product, we may exchange it for the same product. (It may take some time to order the replacement product.)

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges if you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process via the method of payment used.

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will respond immediately.

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of receiving the product to inquire about the product's condition.

・Purchaser's name
・Registered email address
・Order number starting with #
・Reason for return/exchange (if the item is defective, please be sure to attach a photo)

After submitting your inquiry, we will reply to you, so please follow the instructions to proceed.

⑦Refunds due to shop reasons

*If we are unable to refund your payment due to an error with the convenience store payment or other payment company, we may refund you by bank transfer.
