Notes about this shop
We have warehouses overseas and place orders and ship as soon as we receive an order.
Please note that our inventory is highly fluid and may be out of stock after an order is placed.
In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock or there is a shipping problem, we will contact you via chat.
Regular products → Order Ships in 5-15 business days
Ready-to-ship items: Ships within 1-3 business days of order
*Examples of business days converted are as follows:
(e.g. Monday to Wednesday = 3 business days, Sunday to Tuesday = 2 business days)
*As of January 2026, shipping takes an average of 8 business days.
*We will ship as soon as all items are available. Please note that if you purchase an in-stock item and a regular item at the same time, they will not be eligible for in-stock (same-day shipping).
If your order has not been shipped by the expected shipping date, please contact us via the inquiry chat.
◇ Order process: Order → Order confirmation → Order placement → Overseas shipping → Domestic shipping → Delivery

*We do not process orders or deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Shipping may be delayed due to reasons such as a busy warehouse or delivery delays caused by the delivery company.
*We usually ship within 5-15 business days of your order, but please note that shipping may be delayed by a few days depending on stock availability.
②About the product
-When wearing, please check the attention tag and washing instructions before use.
-There may be slight individual differences in size and color.
- There may be slight variations in color and size depending on the production period.
-The color may vary slightly depending on the shooting location and your monitor environment.
③About shipping
Shipping fee <br>Shipping fee is 600 yen nationwide.
If you purchase a product price of 12,000 yen or more (tax included), shipping is free nationwide.
We will notify you of shipment by email with a tracking number.
Tracking will be available after customs clearance, so your package will be available to track in an average of 4-7 days from the date of shipment.
(*There are no additional charges for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some other remote islands.)
(Please note that you cannot choose the shipping company.)
④ Regarding long-term absence and incomplete address
If you are not at home, Yamato Transport will contact you with a notice of absence.
Please request redelivery yourself.
Please note that any items that have been delivered more than 7 days ago will be automatically returned to the warehouse.
If you are absent for an extended period of time, we will charge you 2,000 yen for round-trip shipping.
*If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned due to an unknown address.
*Products that have expired will be disposed of. If the product is disposed of, we will not be able to reship or refund the product under any circumstances.
⑤If you do not receive an order completion email
There may be an error in the email address you registered when placing your order, or the email may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check again.
⑥ Exchanges and returns
We do not accept returns or size exchanges due to customer convenience.
If you receive a defective product, we may exchange it for the same product (please note that it may take some time to order the replacement product).
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges if you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process a refund using the method of payment you used.
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will deal with it immediately.
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us via the inquiry chat within 3 days of receiving the product to let us know the status of the product.

・Reason for return/exchange (please attach a photo if the item is defective)
⑦Refunds due to our shop's circumstances
If we are unable to secure the ordered product or if we need to refund you due to a defective product being returned, we will refund you using the method of payment you used.
*If we are unable to refund you due to a convenience store payment or other payment company error, we may refund you by bank transfer.
