Notes about this shop
We have warehouses overseas and place orders and ship as soon as we receive an order.
After we confirm your payment, it will take approximately 7 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be shipped.
*As of December 2022, shipping takes an average of 9 to 12 business days.

*Examples of business days converted are as follows:
(e.g. Monday-Wednesday = 3 business days, Sunday-Tuesday = 2 business days)

*We do not accept orders or ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Shipping delays may occur due to reasons such as a busy warehouse or delivery delays caused by the delivery company.
* Normally, items will be shipped within 7-15 business days after payment, but shipping may be delayed by a few days depending on stock availability. Thank you for your understanding.

-When wearing, please check the attention tag and washing instructions before use.

-There may be slight variations in color and size depending on the production period.
-The color may vary slightly depending on the shooting location and your monitor environment.
③About shipping
Shipping fee <br>Shipping fee is 600 yen nationwide.
If you purchase products with a price of 8,000 yen or more (tax included), shipping is free nationwide.
(※ No additional charges will be incurred for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some other remote islands.)
(※Please note that you cannot choose the delivery company.)
Delivery range <br>Delivery is only available within Japan.
④If you don't receive an order completion email
There may be an error in the email address you registered when placing your order, or the email may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check again.
⑤Exchanges and returns
We do not accept returns or size exchanges due to customer convenience.
If you receive a defective product, we may exchange it for the same product. (It may take some time to order the replacement product.)
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges if you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process via the method of payment used.
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will respond immediately.
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of receiving the product to inquire about the product's condition.

⑥Refunds due to our shop's circumstances
If we are unable to secure your ordered item or if you return a faulty item, we will refund you using the method of payment.
*If we are unable to refund your payment due to an error with the convenience store payment or other payment company, we may refund you by bank transfer.
